Career at evoiq
Join a growing AI consulting team working with construction and manufacturing companies across Europe — solving real problems, not building demos.
Join Our Team as a AI Engineer
We build custom AI-powered applications that solve real business problems — and we need someone who can turn ideas into working products fast.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll build full-stack AI-powered applications for construction and manufacturing companies across Europe — from rapid prototypes to production-ready products that clients use every day.
Build Fast, Build Smart
Using modern AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor, you'll go from concept to working application in days, not months. Speed matters — but so does clean, maintainable code.
AI at the Core
Every application you build has AI at its centre — whether it's an intelligent dashboard, a document processing tool, or a custom AI assistant tailored to a client's specific workflows.
From Prototype to Production
You'll take projects end-to-end: architecture, development, database design, deployment, and ongoing improvement based on real user feedback.
Your Role in Our Team
Our clients need more than automations — they need custom applications built around their unique challenges. Your job is to turn business requirements into AI-powered products that work reliably, scale smoothly, and deliver measurable value from the first release.
About the Role
- Build custom AI-powered web applications using modern frameworks and AI coding assistants
- Develop rapid prototypes on platforms like Lovable or Replit to validate ideas before full builds
- Integrate LLM capabilities into applications — chat interfaces, document processing, intelligent search, AI assistants
- Design and manage databases (Supabase, PostgreSQL, or similar) with proper data architecture
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, Azure, Railway, or similar)
- Work with third-party APIs — handling authentication, rate limits, webhooks, and error handling
- Collaborate with our team to translate client requirements into technical solutions that deliver real business value
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and fix code — you’re comfortable working in a codebase daily
- Proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, or similar)
- Experience building rapid prototypes on no-code/low-code platforms (Lovable, Replit, or similar)
- Database knowledge (Supabase, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, Azure, GCP, Railway, or similar)
- Working knowledge of third-party API integrations (auth, webhooks, rate limits)
- Basic understanding of LLM principles — prompting, context windows, tool use, agents
- Ability to structure code and build maintainable, scalable solutions
- Clear communication in English (written and spoken); Lithuanian is a plus
- Self-driven — you take ownership of tasks and deliver end-to-end results
What We Offer
- Real projects with international construction and manufacturing companies from day one
- Remote work with a flexible schedule
- Starting with hourly or project-based compensation, with a clear path to full-time
- Working alongside experienced AI practitioners using the latest tools and methodologies
- A collaborative, AI-first culture where your input directly shapes client outcomes
- Our clients typically achieve up to 95% time reduction on key processes — you’ll be the one who builds the systems behind that
