Career at evoiq
Join a growing AI consulting team working with construction and manufacturing companies across Europe — solving real problems, not building demos.
Join Our Team as a Process Automation Architect
We connect tools, automate workflows, and build intelligent systems that save businesses thousands of hours — and we need someone who sees every manual process as a problem waiting to be solved.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll design and build workflow automations, AI agents, and system integrations for construction and manufacturing companies across Europe — eliminating manual, repetitive work and connecting the tools our clients already use.
Automate What Matters
Not every process needs the same solution. You'll analyse client workflows and build the right automation — whether it's a multi-step n8n workflow, an AI-powered chatbot, or an intelligent agent handling tasks autonomously.
Connect Everything
CRMs, ERPs, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, accounting tools, custom APIs — you'll integrate them into seamless, automated ecosystems where data flows without manual intervention.
Build for Reliability
The automations you build run in real business environments. Proper error handling, logging, data validation, and monitoring aren't extras — they're the standard.
Your Role in Our Team
Our clients run on dozens of disconnected tools, manual handoffs, and processes that haven’t changed in years. Your job is to design and build the automations and integrations that tie it all together — creating intelligent workflows that run reliably, handle errors gracefully, and free people to focus on work that actually requires human thinking.
About the Role
- Design and build workflow automations using n8n, Copilot Studio/AI Foundry, Google Apps Script, or similar platforms
- Create AI agents and chatbots that handle client business processes autonomously
- Build system integrations connecting client tools — APIs, webhooks, MCP, databases
- Analyse client processes and propose the most effective automation approach
- Implement proper error handling, logging, and data validation for every workflow
- Deploy and maintain AI-powered automations in live business environments
- Collaborate with our Business Process Analysts to turn documented workflows into working automated systems
Requirements
- Experience with n8n, Copilot Studio/AI Foundry (Microsoft), Google Apps Script, or similar automation platforms
- Ability to build AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent workflow automations
- Strong API knowledge — REST, webhooks, authentication, MCP
- Understanding of how to analyse, optimise, and automate business processes
- Ability to independently dive into client processes and propose effective solutions
- Solid grasp of error handling, logging, and data validation
- Experience deploying AI solutions in real business processes — not just proof-of-concepts
- Clear communication in English (written and spoken); Lithuanian is a plus
- Experience working with international clients is a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of data privacy and GDPR
What We Offer
- Real projects with international construction and manufacturing companies from day one
- Remote work with a flexible schedule
- Starting with hourly or project-based compensation, with a clear path to full-time
- Working alongside experienced AI practitioners using the latest tools and methodologies
- A collaborative, AI-first culture where your input directly shapes client outcomes
- Our clients typically achieve up to 95% time reduction on automated processes — you’ll be the one who builds those automations
