Join a growing AI consulting team working with construction and manufacturing companies across Europe — solving real problems, not building demos.
Join Our Team as a Business Process Analyst
We’re growing our team to take on ambitious AI transformation projects across Europe — and we’re looking for someone who sees inefficiency as an opportunity, not just a problem.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll work directly with mid-to-large construction and manufacturing companies across Europe — diving into their day-to-day operations, mapping how work actually gets done, and identifying where AI and automation can make a real, measurable difference.
Built Around Real Business Problems
Every engagement starts with understanding. You'll analyse workflows, talk to stakeholders, and document processes before any solution is built — no assumptions, no guesswork.
Bridge Between Business and Technology
You'll translate what clients need into clear requirements our technical team can act on — connecting business logic with AI agents, automations, and custom solutions.
Measurable Impact From Day One
Our clients typically see 10–30 hours saved per week on automated processes. You'll be the one who identifies where those hours are hiding.
Your Role in Our Team
We work with construction and manufacturing companies that run on complex, multi-layered processes — approvals, handoffs, reporting chains, and legacy workflows built over decades. Your job is to untangle all of that, find where the real inefficiencies live, and design the path from manual to AI-driven.
About the Role
- Dive deep into daily operations of construction and manufacturing companies across Europe — mapping how work flows between teams, tools, and systems
- Identify the processes where automation and AI deliver real, measurable impact — and prioritise them by business value
- Translate your findings into clear process blueprints and functional specifications that our technical team builds from
- Lead the conversation with clients from first workshop to final delivery — presenting recommendations and ensuring every solution solves the right problem
- Stay involved after handoff — validate that delivered solutions match process requirements and help measure results against agreed KPIs
Requirements
- Understanding of business process analysis methodologies (BPMN, value stream mapping, or similar)
- Ability to independently lead client discovery sessions and workshops
- Experience documenting workflows, requirements, and functional specifications
- Strong analytical thinking — you see systems and patterns, not just tasks
- Clear communication in English (written and spoken); Lithuanian is a plus
- Interest in AI, automation, and how technology transforms business operations
- Experience working with international clients is a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of data privacy and GDPR
What We Offer
- Real projects with international construction and manufacturing companies from day one
- Remote work with a flexible schedule
- Starting with hourly or project-based compensation, with a clear path to full-time
- Working alongside experienced AI practitioners using the latest tools and methodologies
- A collaborative, AI-first culture where your input directly shapes client outcomes
- Our clients typically achieve up to 95% time reduction on key processes — you’ll be the one who makes that possible
